Join us for our kick-off culinary retreat! Under the guidance of Chef Gwen Anderson, you and other guests (maximum of eight) will

  • learn the basics of Italian cooking,

  • take a field trip to local merchants to learn about key ingredients and kitchen tools, &

  • participate in hands-on cooking of a classic Italian meal and eat in our elegant dining room.

5:00 p.m.:     Hands-on Cooking: Prepping Your Meal and Dessert
6:00 p.m.:     Happy Hour: Bread and Oil Tastings
6:45 p.m.:     Hands-on Cooking: Making Homemade Pasta, Veggies, Entrée, & Dessert
8:00 p.m.:     Eat!
