Gwen Anderson

Gwen currently is the kitchen manager for Tanzenwald Brewing Company in Northfield, and runs a catering business, Chromatic Catering.  She also works at the St. James Hotel (Red Wing), and the Ole Store in Northfield (making The Rolls).  Additional culinary training and experience includes certification through Le Cordon Bleu, an internship at award-winning Restaurant Alma, and most recently, working for Susan Dunlop at Joan's in the Park, winner of the 2016 Charlie Award for best restaurant in the Twin Cities.
