With sophisticated style, modern conveniences, and New England charm in mind, we believe we have created the premier place to stay in the idyllic and classic liberal arts college town of Northfield, Minnesota. Our turn of the century Inn has been fully renovated to include four luxury suites, a cozy living room, and a warm dining room. French doors in the living room and dining room open to a large wrap-around porch with oversized wicker chairs that allow our guests to relax with friends and family with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Our amenities include a delicious breakfast, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, central air, and a fully stocked butler’s pantry that is available 24 hours a day with coffee, tea, bottled water, and midnight snacks. By the way, don’t be surprised if you hear Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, or Dave Brubeck playing during our happy hour.
We are located in a historic neighborhood across the street from Carleton College’s beautiful campus and a short walk to Northfield's historic downtown with many shops and restaurants. Two blocks away from our Inn is a 900 acre arboretum that welcomes our guests with endless hiking and cross county skiing trails. St Olaf College is a quick 5 minute drive away. The Twin Cities are less than an hour away by car, and we can arrange smooth transportation to/from MSP International Airport as well as the Mall of America (although we prefer and highly recommend our local merchants).

We look forward to seeing you.
